Youth In Revolt

Paolo Roversi and Lucinda Chambers present a youthful vision of couture in Vogue UK. Couture is usually presented with a certain degree of seriousness, but it is always nice to see one of a kind pieces in an everyday setting. Roversi’s images are as soft and ethereal as ever and Dorothea Barth Jorgensen does a wonderful job of playing a normal girl whose life is heightened by the exquisite designs she wears. Sitting around the shower in Armani Prive, a quick swim in Versace satin: it all looks beautiful and fresh.

Vintage Finds

Dressed in cat eye glasses and full skirts, Ranya looks sweet and lovely. Simon Robins creates the perfect vintage inspired looks, using pieces from Celine and Vuitton and Ranya brings them to life with her signature dramatic flair.

Shadow And Light

A Dolls House

Solve Sundsbo’s transforms Alessandra Ambrosio into a living doll for the debut issue of Industrie. In the Japanese cartoon doll inspired story, styled by Katie Grand, Alessandra is nearly unrecognizable beneath layers of white makeup and a platinum wig, the drastic change allows Ale, to take on a whole new character. In addition to Ale, the highly stylized story, also serves as a retrospective of Giles Deacon’s most striking pieces!
