September’s Vogue UK features an interesting but cluttered shoot with Danish model Freja Beha Erichsen modeling the latest in glamorous designer dresses, which as Vogue tells us, are enhanced with Opulent brocade, beautiful embellishments and surface grandeur… Sounds sweet, looks lovely, but we feel the background could have used an interior decorator to sort out the frenzied opulence. Fortunately, the elegant, chic ensembles Freja is showcasing, serve as an island of tranquility.
